Yoga helps us connect with our bodies and find mindfulness though movement which we can use to extend mindfulness in to our every days lives.
We lead yoga classes for beginners and experienced yoga students. We also offer chair based yoga for offices and those less able to stand.
Our focus is on bringing mindfulness to our movements and understanding our bodies rather than aiming for an instagramable pose.
