INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS

45 minutes - 3 hours

Session  introducing the basic principles of mindfulness through a mix of didactic and experiential teaching. Participants will receive teaching in simple mindfulness techniques to take away with them.

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS BASED LIVING COURSE

2 hour session over 8 weeks

Comprehensive 8 week course created by the Mindfulness Association and based on their Mindfulness Masters run at Aberdeen University. Each week builds on the week before to introduce everything needed for a life long mindfulness practice. 

Certificate of completion from Mindfulness Association. 

Group size:6-15

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS BASED LIVING COURSE

1 hour over 8 weeks

This course covers half the material of the standard 8 week MBLC. Some businesses find it easier to fit into the working day.

REGULAR DROP IN SESSION

30 minutes -2 hours

This session offers on-going mindfulness in the work place. Staff are free to drop in as they wish. All session are open to beginners and those who have been before.
