About the Event
This session is there to introduce you to mindfulness and answer any question athat you might have. We will introduce you to a few simpl sort techniques to take away and ideas about how to live a more mindful life.
After the session you will recieve a discount code for our next 8 week course.
1. Techniques to activate the soothing part of your nervous system.
You will learn simple techniques to calm and move away from a fight or flight response. This increases resilience and improves emotional regulation.
2. To build positive emotions and thoughts.
We will teach you ways in intentionally increase the flow of happy hormones such as dopamine and oxytocin, benefiting your whole body.
3. Skills to keep your mind focused.
Mindfulness techniques can decrease mind wondering, procrastination, and worrying. Improving both mood and productivity.
The session will last two hours and will include a short tea break. Got zoom fatigue? This session includes lots of time not looking at the screen.
