INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS

45 minutes - 3 hours

Session introducing the basic principles of mindfulness through a mix of didactic and experiential teaching. Participants will receive teaching in simple mindfulness techniques to take away with them. Can be presented at part of a workplace's wellbeing week.

FINDING PEACE IN A FRANTIC WORLD

60-90 minutes sessions over 6 to 8 weeks

Based on the best selling book, this course is ideal for the workplace. Created by Professor Mark Williams, former director of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, this low insensity version of MBCT includes shorter 5-15 minute practices.

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS BASED LIVING COURSE

2 hour session over 8 weeks

Comprehensive 8 week course created by the Mindfulness Association and based on their Mindfulness Masters run at Aberdeen University. Each week builds on the week before to introduce everything needed for a life long mindfulness practice. 

Certificate of completion from Mindfulness Association.

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS BASED LIVING COURSE

1 hour over 8 weeks

This course covers half the material of the standard 8 week MBLC. Some businesses find it easier to fit into the working day.

REGULAR DROP IN SESSION

30 minutes -2 hours

This session offers on-going mindfulness in the work place. Staff are free to drop in as they wish. All session are open to beginners and those who have been before.

Group size: 5-20

MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION

2.5 hours over 8 weeks

The original mindfulness course created by John Kort-Zinn. This course assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. It is a practical approach which trains attention, allowing people to cultivate awareness and therefore enabling them to have more choice and take wise action in their lives.
